We will continue to ask our clients to respect posted guidelines and to help us exceed the minimum WorkSafe BC requirements, which can be expected to change from time to time. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
It is obviously more difficult to adhere to physical distancing protocols in an office environment but we have put necessary measures in place. There are recommended barriers around our reception desk. We have reduced the availability of seating in our reception area and we have introduced protocols to control the movement of patients within the practice. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.
We have also been able to secure the recommended PPE for our staff so please rest assured that when required for the health and safety of our team and our patients, all protocols will be adhered to. Staff will wear what is required and may choose to don additional levels of protection depending on their personal level of comfort.
We will be asking patients to adhere to staff directives and to assist with our disinfection protocols. Patients will be asked to wash their hands when you are brought into the operatory and to limit touching surfaces unnecessarily. We will respect the private medical information of all patients and will work cooperatively with anyone of our patients who may have concerns.
We will all need to be patient as we continue to work through the CDC recommendations and adjust as necessary to any changes that may be put in place over the coming weeks and months. Thank you for your patronage and for your continued relationship with us.
We GENUINELY look forward to working with you and your family as we appreciate the opportunities to celebrate life together.
